What acalento.ai is
acalento.ai is a place for you to organise your health history: store tests, vaccines, appointments, medications, symptoms and measurements, upload documents and see preventive reminders by age and sex. The service is provided by Hatching Code LTDA, Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 54.934.111/0001-02.
What acalento.ai is NOT
This matters more than any other clause, so it comes first.
- It is not a medical service and does not replace consultations, exams or professional follow-up
- It does not diagnose, does not confirm diseases, does not recommend treatments and does not prescribe
- It is not an emergency service: in an emergency, seek care (in Brazil, call SAMU on 192)
- Preventive reminders come from public guidelines (Brazil's INCA and National Immunisation Programme) and are a suggestion for a conversation with a professional, never individual clinical advice
- Comparing a result with a test's reference range is simple arithmetic on what is printed on your report, and is not clinical interpretation
Artificial intelligence
Automatic document reading uses artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes: misread a number, swap a date, leave something out. That is why it only proposes, and nothing enters your history without your review and your acceptance. Always check against the original document. Responsibility for what you accept is yours.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account
- The information you provide must be true, especially date of birth and sex, because reminders are computed from them
- Your password is your responsibility. Do not share it
- One account belongs to one person. For someone else's data, create a dependent's record
Someone else's record
By creating a dependent's record, you declare that you have legal or de facto authority to look after that person's health data. You are accountable for that declaration. When the person can decide for themselves, they have the right to take over their own record.
What you upload
The content you upload remains yours. You authorise us only to store and process it to provide the service described here. Do not use the service to upload illegal content or third-party data without authorisation.
Availability and changes
The service is free for citizens today and is provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we give reasonable notice when a change is significant. Keeping a copy of your important documents outside the app remains a good idea, and export exists precisely for that.
Termination
You can close your account whenever you want, inside the app, and that erases your data. We may close accounts that violate these terms or the law, giving notice when possible.
Limits of liability
We are not responsible for health decisions made based on what you organise here: those decisions belong to you and to the professional who follows your care. Nothing in these terms removes the rights that Brazil's Consumer Protection Code and the LGPD guarantee you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's place of residence are the venue for resolving any dispute. This version is from 10 September 2026.
