Delete your account and your data
Deletion is self-service, immediate and permanent. You don't need anyone's permission, and you don't wait for a reply from us.

In the app, in four taps
Done. Deletion happens right away, not after a review period.
- Open acalento.ai and sign in
- Go to the Account tab
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm with your password
What gets erased
Everything that identifies you and your health history:
- Your account, with name, email and password
- The whole timeline: tests, vaccines, appointments, medications, symptoms and measurements
- Every document you uploaded, including the files themselves
- The AI reading proposals, accepted or not
- The dependents' records you created and their data
- Any access you granted to other people
What continues to exist, and why
Aggregated, anonymous statistics already produced continue to exist, because there is no identifiable person in them to erase. Records the law requires us to keep, if any, are kept for the legal period and only for that purpose. None of this makes it possible to reconstruct your history.
Before deleting, consider exporting
The same Account tab has the option to export everything in a single file. After deletion there is no way to recover anything, not even for us. If that test from ten years ago only exists here, take a copy first.
If you can't sign in
Write to privacidade@acalento.ai from the email address on the account, asking for deletion. We will confirm the account is yours and erase it, replying within 15 days.
