Photos and PDFs become organised data
You upload the report just as you have it. The AI reads it and proposes the fields already separated; you review, adjust and accept. Nothing gets in on its own.

Everything that came in the same report opens together, and whatever falls outside the reference range shows up first, instead of hiding on line thirty.

For the public sector
Municipalities care better. And pay nothing.
Citizens don't pay, the municipality doesn't pay. What changes is the ability to act early: knowing where screening is behind and reaching out to those who need it, instead of waiting for disease to arrive late and expensive.
Aggregate numbers, always anonymous
Screening coverage, vaccination delays and gaps by age group and by region, without identifying anyone. It's the map for directing investment where it pays off most and for measuring whether an action worked.
Individual data, only with the citizen's yes
When a person authorises it, the municipality's health team can see their history and act: call them in for an overdue screening, catch up on a missing vaccine, follow up on those at risk. The authorisation is specific, has a time limit, can be revoked at any moment, and the cutoff applies on the very next request.

acalento.ai is built by Hatching Code, a software company that creates AI-powered solutions to make essential services simpler, more efficient and more accessible.
acalento.ai is one of those projects. Our idea is to make it easier to keep track of your test results and take care of your health over time, and we want that to be free for the people who use it.
Hatching Code invests in the development and upkeep of acalento.ai and of other projects in this space. As more people use acalento.ai, we can also produce anonymous, aggregated statistics about health, such as trends in vaccination, testing and indicators by age group or region.
This information identifies no one and can help us all understand public health better.
Your personal history is not sold. Your data is not used for ads.
The idea is simple: use technology and artificial intelligence to build solutions that widen access to essential services and benefit society.
Questions everyone asks
Will the AI give me a diagnosis?
No, and that's a design decision. It organises what you already have and always invites you to talk to a health professional. Preventive guidance only comes from public guidelines, with the source cited.
Who sees my data?
You. And whoever you authorise, within the scope and for the time you define. Every authorisation shows up in the audit trail and can be switched off whenever you want.
Can I erase everything?
Yes, instantly, with your password, without talking to support. Once deleted, it's gone: access dies on that same request.
Does this replace my doctor?
No. It's your history, organised so your appointments are more productive. Your health team is who takes care of you, and the app exists so they receive you well informed.
Does my data leave the country?
No. The application, the database and the AI that reads your documents all run on Brazilian services.
